Returns & Exchanges

At East Healing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
