Due to the large size of the crystal seeds, we recommend placing them only on flat points of the ear to ensure the best adhesion and comfort, and gold/silver seeds in curved, hidden and uneven areas. These refills don't come with the standard gold/silver ear seeds. 

*Unlike our ear seed kits, refills don't include instructions or the protocol ear maps. If it's your first time using ear seeds, we recommend purchasing a kit first and then signing up for the subscription or buying a refill pack.
